The space
Step inside and feel the welcoming vibes of this classic mid-century home, where history meets modern design. The living and dining space is the heart of the home, with a welcoming setup perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city in the living room. Sink into the chic, modern sofa, enjoy the iconic period-piece chair, and kick back for movie nights on the large flatscreen smart TV. The living room also has games for fun memory-making. To set the stage the living room has floor pillows for a game of Jenga, checkers, or Uno. The dining area, with seating for 8, makes family meals and get-togethers easy and enjoyable.
For the foodies in your group, the gourmet kitchen is a dream come true. Outfitted with sleek stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware you’ll need, it's the ideal spot for whipping up delicious meals. The kitchen also features a charming breakfast nook, seating 4, for casual mornings over coffee or evening cocktails.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
All three bedrooms are located on the main floor, making this home ideal for families and groups. The primary bedroom boasts a plush king-sized bed, offering a serene retreat after a day of sightseeing. The second bedroom, located downstairs, features a comfortable queen-sized bed, along with a cozy sitting area that’s perfect for reading, sipping on a nightcap, or simply unwinding. The third bedroom is also equipped with a double bed and is beautifully decorated for a peaceful night's rest. This room has an oversized couch which could double as a bed for a larger group. Plus, we’ve thought of everything for families, with a porta-crib and rollaway twin bed available for your convenience. Lastly, to accommodate larger groups, we have set up the living room space to sleep two on the couch if needed.
The home’s full bathroom is located just steps from the bedrooms, making it easily accessible for all guests. For added comfort, a half bath is also available.
We have equipped this retreat with beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and sand toys for those wanting to get out into the sand! For families, we have a portable high chair and dinnerware for our smallest guests.
Outdoor Space

The patio is the perfect place to relax with friends and family, with plenty of seating, a BBQ grill (both propane and charcoal available) for cookouts, and space for fun activities like cornhole.
