The Space:
Tucked away in the sought after neighbourhood of Summertown, this apartment will be the ideal base for those wanting to escape the buzz of the city and yet remain a 5 minute drive/bus ride away from the centre of Oxford. Summertown is home to a mecca of local independent cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops and you’ll be a 5 minute walk from all of it. Even a Michelin star restaurant if you’re feeling fancy. We would be delighted to host you and assist your visit to our favourite city!
A recently refurbished and redecorated apartment within a converted Edwardian house. The apartment consists a living/dining space, a spacious bedroom and small ensuite.
Living Area
- Consists of the living room and kitchen. Tastefully decorated, with a large bay window bringing plenty of light, and with smoked windows for privacy.
You won’t be starved for entertainment. Our 40” TV comes with an Amazon Fire stick giving you access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and many more on demand channels. We’ll have a Netflix account ready for you. Or you may simply decide to relax and listen to music on our Amazon Echo.
Kitchen
- The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for home cooked meals, as well as washing machine, fridge, microwave and a double oven.
Bedroom
- Comes with a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom.
Guest Access:
This is a self check-in apartment. The apartment code will be given to you along with your check-in details.
Getting Around:
Buses to town every few minutes.
A 5 minute drive from the A34 and 15 minutes from the M40.
Oxford Parkway train station is a 5 minute drive away.
The main shops, cafes and restaurants of Summertown are a 5 minute walk from the apartment itself.
Other Things to Note:
PARKING: Parking on the street is free on weekends - from 4pm Friday to 10am Monday.
During the week, parking on the street is permit holders only from 10am to 4pm. After 4pm it is free.
There are also a few parking spots a few meters away that allow for an additional 3 hours of free parking (8am - 6.30pm)
CCTV: There is a camera installed outside by the front door.
