The kitchen leads out onto the large seating and dining area, which is situated alongside the luxurious swimming pool. The lower ground floor has an internal designer bbq and eating area with sleeping space and bathroom. It's 10 minutes walk away from local mini markets and tavernas and is close to the airport. To make your holiday extra special we can offer the services of our personal chef, enjoy watching her cook or relax around the pool while she prepares your meals. Villa Vinaria Litoa is set in an idyllic position, the garden has 2 levels, the first level is a lawned area, ideal for relaxing while soaking up the breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. The lower level is a vinyard which leads to the gated entrance and the beautiful, peaceful shoreline of Ammes beach, where you can dip your toes or dive into the warm clear azure blue Ionian Sea. The villa is very close to the airport which means you don't have far to drive when you arrive after your long and tiring journey.
The villa is furnished to a very high standad and a lot of thought, care and consideration has been put into both the house design and the furnishings to make your holiday a wonderful experience. The ground floor has a well designed living area with tv, dvd, cd player, with traditional features such as a fireplace. The villa also has free internet access. The main kitchen is on this floor which is equipped to the highest standard. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms, one single and one double both located next to the beautifully designed main bathroom. The lower ground area boasts a magnificent bbq and pizza oven with a spacious seating area that leads out onto the poolside area, it's somewhere peaceful to relax while cooling off from the midday sun. The lower ground floor also has a second bathroom and kitchen area. The house has been designed with first class finishes, the traditional wooden shutters and unique staircase give the villa that individual luxurious feel along with the modern and luxurious furnishings.
A car is recommended so that you can make the most of seeing the beautiful island of Kefalonia and experience some of the excellent local food and wine the tavernas have to offer. The capitol of island, Argostoli, is a 10 minute drive away, you can while away the early evenings drinking coffee on the square while watching the world go by.
On your arrival the property manager will visit you to show you around the property and to give you some useful tips on where to eat, the best beaches, best places to visit etc. The property manager is on call 24 hours a day to offer you peace of mind during your stay at the villa.
