Very unique and cozy loftsapartment in the midst of Ålesund and in quiet area. 95m2 with 2 large bedrooms, a fully equipend kitchen, newly renovated bathroom with integrated shower corner, and a cozy livingroom with direct access to a private and spacious balcony with 180 degrees view from sunrise til sunset. Family friendly with children safety and extra bed for infants/toddlers, or for groups up to 7 persons.

This cozy and very exclusive apartment has:

Bathroom with relaxing shower space, washingmachine with integrated tumbler, fan, night light, hairdryer and wall mount towel dryer. Shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, handsoap and moisturizer included.
Fully equiped kitchen with kitchen table, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee press jug, pizza oven, airfryer, ricecookeer, electrical tablegrill and more.
Coffee filter and filter ground coffe available to get you started, for longer stays the grocery store is close by :)
Livingroom with big comfy leather couch, 55" Samsung the Sharif-designer tv and matching Samsung Q-series soundbar for a supreme sound, also excellent for music. Extra guestbed in the livingroom possible when full booking of 4 - 6 persons.
Large balcony with a spectacular 180 degrees southfaced view from sunrise til sunset, taket a look at the balcony-pictures for a taste of the amazing view. Apratments with balcony-view is very limited in Ålesund town, come check it out.
