Recently built, the open-concept layout and thoughtfully curated decor, reflects a harmonious blend of comfort and style.
- the studio is located in the backyard and is equipped with a kitchenette, loft bed, sofa and work desk and is located adjacent to the main house.
- please enjoy a large desk as a dedicated work place. WiFi is very good.
- the bathroom where you can find a shower, toilet, kitchen sink and washing machine is located ON THE VERANDAH of the main house. It will be all yours for the time of your stay, the washing machine will be shared. - the studio overlooks the backyard (shared) and a community park.
- the verandah of the main house is not a shared space, it will be used by the owners only.
- Please note, our property is located in the vibrant suburb of Mayfield in a friendly neighbourhood with neighbours close by.
- Proximity to Newcastle CBD: Just a short drive of 15 min where you can explore Newcastle's stunning beaches, vibrant dining scene, and cultural attractions.
- Our house/studio is very conveniently located as it is close to 'everything', in particular if you are travelling up the coast or the other way down towards Sydney, however keep in mind it is best accessible by car, the train station is a 5min drive away. If you come by train I would recommend to get an Uber, it is walkable but it would take 30 minutes.

You have your own private entry to the studio via the driveway on the right side of the main house. Keys can be found in the key safe (but they are usually in the door).

If you prefer your space and privacy, that's absolutely fine too.
