Quarantine Approved Villa. Ocean Heights is a luxury villa located right on the beachfront of the exclusive West Coast of Barbados. It offers stunning views of the ocean.
The villa has seven bedrooms and five bathrooms. Up to 12 guests can enjoy modern amenities with thoughtful touches. The house is spread over three levels, each with balconies and tremendous views. The property has beach access, plunge pool and parking.
The space
This exquisite property spreads over four levels. Each level has its own balcony from where you can delight in breathtaking views of the Caribbean.
The first, second, and third floor levels, form the main villa (5 bedrooms). A separate apartment makes up the fourth level (ground floor) on the lowest level (2 bedrooms).
Depending on your needs you can hire the entire property or one of its independent units. The prices shown are for the 5 bedroom main villa only.
MAIN HOUSE LAYOUT:
The lowest level is made up of 3 en-suite bedrooms with a central lounge space between the bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms also open up to a private covered terrace which lead to the direct beach access from the property.
Up one flight of stairs to the main level which is great for entertaining, this spacious floor comprises of large dining room, a well-lit living space , modern kitchen and extensive covered patio. The large windows in the dining room and kitchen allow for amazing sea views while in the comfort of a wide open space.
The third floor is mainly dedicated to the master suite. There is also a small single bedroom. The entrance to the master suite is hidden and accessed through the bookcase in the living room. The master suite comprises of walk-in closet, dressing area, en suite bathroom including tub and shower and a small area which can be used as a study or lounge. This floor takes advantage of the views as you can see the ocean from every part of the master suite including its private balcony.
THE APARTMENT - LOWER (GOUND FLOOR)
The ground floor contains the apartment which has a twin room and single room. Both include a wardrobe and bath.

Prices shown are for the 5 bed villa. Extra fees apply for the 2 bed apartment in addition.
If the 5 rooms are rented only, the apartment will remain locked, no-one else can book it at the same time.
There is a 14 night minimum stay over Christmas and New Year.
The villa comes with housekeeping as standard. Our wonderful team make sure that the property is deep cleaned in between bookings.
A cook can be added at an additional cost. The cook will prepare up to two meals a day that can be alternated between breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cost of the food is not included.
Paddle boards in the photo are not included with the house but we do use a rental company where you can rent the boards on a daily basis.
STAFF WORK 6 DAYS A WEEK - USUALLY THEY DO NOT WORK ON SUNDAYS
