Nestled on a beautiful Pistoia hill, Villa Belforte is surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees, including tasty quinces. Around the house there is a beautiful garden of approximately 6,000 m2 skillfully enriched with pots of flowers, cypresses and other trees, completely fenced with 2 gates, wire mesh and natural hedges. In the part of the garden, at the same level of the house, there are the football goals and, just below the level of the house, via a stone staircase, you can access the rectangular in-ground swimming pool which measures 12x4.80 with a depth of 1.40 meters , equipped with sunbeds and a large umbrella, outdoor shower, a gazebo for outdoor dining, a brick barbecue. All outdoor areas are well maintained. Parking is located inside the property.Interior
The villa was renovated in 1990 by the same owners as today, keeping the flavor of the past intact, but it was also embellished with fine finishes, such as original terracotta and stone floors, as well as marble and ceramics in the bathrooms. All electrical and water systems have been recently installed. The ground floor opens onto a large living room with a refined wooden table, white leather sofas, satellite TV and a decorative fireplace; to its right there is a large winter garden with wicker sofas, a billiard table and large wrought iron windows that open directly onto the garden in front of the first gate; to the left of the entrance there is a very nice library with vintage books, 2 double bedrooms with direct access to the outside, a bathroom with shower covered in light marble and blue ceramic and a laundry room.
From the living room, via 5 flights of stone stairs, you reach the second floor which opens onto a dining room with sofas, satellite TV and decorative fireplace, a large well-equipped kitchen.
On the second floor there are 2 double bedrooms, both with private bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower covered in gray and burgundy red marble and one with a shower and covering in green marble and white ceramic. An external staircase leads to a beautiful panoramic terrace on the first floor, furnished with iron table and chairs.

Villa Belforte is located on the slopes of the Pistoia hills in a residential area, surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees from which you can enjoy a beautiful panorama. Tranquility and privacy are excellent. This accommodation is therefore particularly suitable for those who love a relaxing holiday, nature and sport.
