Three Moirai Villa is a contemporary construction that consists of three buildings covering a total of 270 m2 making it ideal for two families or a group of friends. Decorated with elegance, the property can comfortably accommodate 8 people in a total of 4 bedrooms. Located on the hillside position, in Armeni village, Three Moirai Villa enjoys beautiful mountain and sea views.
Layout
Left Building - Villa Atropos
Entering the villa on the first floor the guests find themselves in a spacious open plan area decorated with great care and elegant taste consisting of the air conditioned living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room features a large sofa, satellite 40 HDTV with Netflix and a dining area. From the living room large glass doors open onto a balcony with an outdoor table offering mountain and sea views. Next to the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen with top quality fixtures and appliances. Additionally, a WC, a storage room and a laundry room with washing machine are available on the ground floor.
Stairs lead you upstairs to the bedrooms and bathroom with shower of the first floor. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned with a wooden vaulted ceiling. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed (1,60 x 2,00), 32" HDTV and two windows with mountain views. The second bedroom has two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that may be joined to create a queen size bed, if necessary, along with a 24" HDTV and a private balcony overlooking the village and seaview.
Right Building - Villa Lachesis
Before entering the villa guests are welcomed by the outdoor dining area with a large dining table.
Upon entering, the guests find themselves in a beautifully designed spacious open plan area consisting of the air conditioned living room with a large sofa, satellite 40 HDTV with Netflix, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. From the living room large glass doors open onto a balcony with an outdoor dining table offering mountain and sea views. Additionally, there is a WC on the same floor.
Stairs lead you downstairs to the bedrooms and bathroom with shower of the lower floor. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed (1,60 x 2,00) and 32" HDTV whilst the second bedroom has two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that may be joined to create a queen size bed, if necessary ith a 24" HDTV. Both bedrooms have balcony doors with direct access to the pool area. The washing machine can be found on the lower floor bathroom. Additionally, there is aa storage room on the same floor.
Third building - Villa Clotho
On the lower floor of the Villa, a cozy space, decorated with great care and elegant taste offers a beautiful space to relax. A home cinema with dolby surround soundbar, 65 HDTV with Netflix, Playstation 4 and comfortable seating area will allow you to enjoy fun moments with your loved ones. Furthermore, a gym area equipped with a static bike, elliptical machine, free weights, bench press, mats and 32 smart TV is ideal to follow on your workouts even during your holiday! Additionally, an extra bathroom with hot tub/jacuzzi bathtub is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. Finally, a well equipped third kitchen provides access to the BBQ area, through a back door.
Outdoor Area
The outdoor area of the Villa offers mesmerising views of Armeni village and the surrounding mountains. The outdoor facilities include:
- Two pools totaling 20 m2 with hydromassage function. The use of the pool heating system costs an additional charge per day and can only be used upon advanced request with at least a weeks notice before arrival, for the full duration of your stay.
- The pool area is equipped with a variety of furnished spots including sun beds, bean bag chairs, poolside tables, umbrellas, Rattan outdoor furniture and an outdoor shower.
- Gas barbecue with outdoor sink and 2 gas hobs so you can prepare your family homemade meals.
- Outdoor dining area for up to 8 people in the veranda for you to enjoy al fresco dining.
- Private parking space for up to two cars.
