Our Balinese style pool villa is nestled on a hillside and situated in a private secure development. It is spacious, airy, and full of light. All rooms are fully air conditioned.

This is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool villa for rent in a very nice development with other similar, high quality homes. The exterior consists of a manicured tropical garden, a saltwater infinity edge swimming pool, a large, covered terrace for dining and relaxing and a covered carport. The interior space consists of an open plan living room, dining room, kitchen with 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite with shower and bathtub. The kitchen has all modern amenities and appliances including Nescafe Dolce Gusto pods and comes with a 'Welcome pack' of essentials to get you going. There is a separate laundry with washing machine and plenty of storage and the villa has wireless internet connection, bluetooth speaker to connect to your phone for music and access to satellite TV.
The location is approximately 1.5 km to the lovely Kao Tao and Sai Noi beaches and about 15 minutes south of Hua Hin town centre. This area is quickly developing a reputation for clean beaches, natural beauty and peaceful surroundings, and is perfect for those interested in outdoor activities like bicycling, kite boarding, windsurfing, swimming and more. Sai Noi has a beach club which is a great option for days by the sea, or go to Khao Tao or Khao Takiab beach which has food vendors, restaurants, massage and more all on the beach.
You will have access to the estate via a security gate which is manned 24 hours/day.
There is a 'Welcome Book' in the villa which explains how to use any of the equipment in the villa and also lists all the local attractions, beaches and restaurants in the area.
On arrival you will be met by our local representative who will ensure you are settled in and he will be on hand to answer any questions. He will be on call should you encounter any problems. He will check the condition of the villa before and after your visit and he will do everything possible to ensure you have an enjoyable stay in the Panorama Estate.
The Panorama estate is quiet and tranquil but is located close enough that you do not have to travel far for night life or entertainment. Beaches locally are beautiful and restaurants cheap and plentiful.

We would recommend a car if you intend to see any of the local sites or beaches. You can hire a car locally or we have a 7 seat Toyota Fortuner turbo diesel for rent at 11,000 baht / week. There is a deposit of 5,000 baht on the car which is fully refundable provided it is returned in the same condition as you received it. It will have a full tank of diesel on pick up and you will be expected to return it full or an amount will be deducted from your deposit. Insurance is included in the price.
There is a 10,000 baht deposit required for the villa which will be refunded when you leave. Utilities are charged separately - there is no way to show this within AirBNB. They are not expensive but this ensures that guests are not wasteful with airconditioning. Any breakages must be paid for from the deposit.
All linen will be changed every week and the villa will be cleaned by our maid weekly. One clean each week is included in the cost of the rental so there is an exit clean charge of 1000 baht. If you wish to have a maid come more frequently then please discuss your requirements with our Representative. Cost for a daily maid is around 700 baht/day.
There is a 55 inch smart TV in the villa so you can use your Netflix or other service you are already paying for with no problem.
