Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00 per animal per week or part of week). Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
Tourism tax (€ 1,20 per person per night for the first 3 nights. Please note that children under 12 years old will not pay).
This characteristic little rural home lies on the slopes of San Giovanni Rotondo, amongst the routes of religious pilgrimage and seaside attractions. The house, perfectly integrated in the natural context of the area, is characterised by the infinite nuances of the large green areas; the interior is an original blend of period furnishing and made-to-measure elements, creating eclectic rooms and diffused comfort. The outdoor areas, such as the pool and the outdoor kitchen, are an extension of the living area which guests can enjoy at all hours of the day. A short distance away are renowned localities like Manfredonia, Mattinata, Monte Sant'Angelo, Vieste, Peschici, the lakes of Lesina and Varano, the Gargano National Park and the Tremiti Islands.
Interior:
The house has just one floor. The entrance leads to an immense covered veranda, with table tennis and TV area. From here you can reach the fully equipped kitchen. On the right of the kitchen, there is the sleeping area composed of a double bedroom, with adjacent bathroom with shower and tub, and a twin bedroom with single beds. The kitchen area also leads to a small sitting room with double sofabed and half bathroom. At the poolside is a large covered fully equipped kitchen and other two bathrooms with shower.
Park:
The approximately one-hectare park contains fruit trees and various tall trees scattered around which create areas of shade but which, above all, provide colour to the exterior. There are various shady relaxation areas and, in particular, an attractive gazebo for relaxing and dining in the open air. There is also a beach volley court behind the pool area, ideal for sports enthusiasts.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The greatest attraction of the property is the infinity pool, designed to cover the large areas and fulfil all the bathers' needs. Lined in PVC with chlorine purification, the pool measures 12 x 8 m with a varying depth of 1,20 to 3,80 m. Entrance to the water is across a strip of shallow water where guests can lie in the sun whilst immersed in the water or else swim freely. The surrounding, ceramic-tiled sunbathing area is equipped with small tables, chaises longues, outdoor tables and an outdoor cold-water shower. The pool is available from the last saturday of April to the first saturday of October.
