A beautiful large tropical villa located in a quiet and secluded cove perfect for families who want to enjoy their privacy without other tourists around. Your family’s dream tropical paradise is a few steps to the beach, has views of one of the tallest mountains in Palawan, panoramic ocean view right from your room, stunning sunsets the sounds of nature, sea life, wild life and other unique things we want for you to discover once you get here. A perfect place to relax, to experience and to get lost!
Our villa is our private vacation home in the tropics. It is beautifully constructed and furnished with natural materials, nicely decorated to make this home a special, relaxing place for anyone who wants to stay. It is situated on a hillside overlooking the ocean with beautiful sunsets. It is large enough to accommodate a small family and has plenty of room for everyone. Two bedrooms are available for our guests with a custom made queen four poster bed in the Masters Bedroom, a bunk bed and double bed in the other bedroom, 2 bathrooms with flushing toilets and hot showers using solar heater. The living room and the dining room are located in the front of the house where the view of the ocean and sunsets are best seen. The entire front of the house has sliding door panels which can open all the way for a panoramic view of the ocean. When we vacation here, we usually keep the whole front open (unless it’s raining hard) for a good breeze especially at night. Our villa is constructed to modern standards with a tropical, rustic and vintage design. A new roof was installed this year for durability and better environment for our asthmatic kids.
Our property is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and tall trees, where birds and other wildlife live. Enjoy our private white powdery beach just a few steps down along with a small open cabana, a swing bed and a picnic table. One of the tallest mountains in Palawan can be seen from the living room, the master bedroom, the large deck in front and back. Hiking, motorbike riding, snorkeling, beach cove hopping, camp fire grilling at supper are some of the fun activities you can do here. Swim at the beach to your hearts content where sparkling, clean water is so inviting, it is hard to resist. Our place is so exotic and peaceful, a nature lover's favorite, a home away from home.

* VAN TRANSFER- Price varies from each destination; payable at drop off location to the driver himself. We can arrange a shuttle service ahead of time upon request. The driver can make a quick stop at malls around the city for your groceries if you want to bring specific items, just let him know right away. Please note: the van transfer is not part of our business. Whatever you pay the driver, he takes it for his own. We only arrange his service for you. But rest assured, we trust him and have been hiring him for years.

• Our staff will be there to help with everything you need. We provide complimentary toiletries and can bring extras if necessary. Laundry service can also be arranged, please let us know if you plan to utilize this service ahead of time so we can be sure to have staff on schedule. If something is lacking, have concerns please ask so that they can address it in a timely fashion. We want to be sure that you have a great experience in our piece of paradise.
