This is because the kitchen has all the mod cons necessary for cooking a tasty meal. Its large, design has an Oven; gas hob; Microwave;fridge/freezer;rice maker;toaster;kettle and all pans, pots, plates, and cutlery needed.to present a lovely meal for all your Family & Friends Cool drinking water machine. 4 way Toaster, a cooling wall fan unit, also a breakfast bar. Many people are concerned about the property’s Privacy? The Villa’s large garden, & swimming pool is completely private, no neighbors, also not overlooked by anyone. Taxis can be arranged for town visits beach etc. Cost is only 400thb (approx. £8) Also a hire car can be arranged at a very low cost. The motorway is only 2 Kms. from the Villa. The Villa has 4 large bedrooms all having on suite facilities and all have air-con units, & overhead fans. Sleeping 11 adults in our 4 very comfortable bedrooms. The bedrooms all have air-con units + T.v. & Dvd Players. The lounge has 2 air-con units, Sat T.v. (55”) Blue Ray Dvd. Also Xbox360 with games.& Children’s Board Games. The property has an alarm system. Also a safe, (large enough for a laptop to be placed inside).The Car parking area has space for 4 cars. Private and very secure, electric gate. Enjoy the outside sitting area for watching Tv, or eating, & drinking a cool beer, in the Bar Sala. A new Pool Table/ Snooker Table, has recently been added for your entertainment (free Play) also new is a Football Table for our customers to enjoy their stay with us. Listen to your favorite music played on our new music center, or sing- along to Karaoke with the surround sound system. 4 Sun-beds are provided by the swimming pool, (for sunbathing) also a large umbrella for shade. The swimming pool is the main feature of the garden; it is very large 12mts x 8mts with a circular sit down Jacuzzi (sun Shade over).+ Swim up Bar. The pool is children friendly, with a shallow area 3’-6” depth, covering an area of approximately 3 mts. by 8mts, with many pool toys for the children, so children are safe. Cascading into the pool is a stunning 12’High waterfall. In the evenings the garden is illuminated automatically, with lights highlighting the lovely tropical foliage. The swimming pool has Lcd lighting underwater, also waterfall colored lighting. There is also an outdoor toilet, changing room, and a heated shower. Inside the property the Kitchen is a very modern American style spacious room, with all white goods supplied, Oven: Gas hob: Fridge Freezer: Microwave: Cool drinking water machine. 4 way Toaster, a cooling wall fan unit, also a breakfast bar. Smoking is permitted in the garden & Beer Bar areas (only). Enjoy the free Wireless Internet facility Internet fast, having 50.mps download speed, and is accessible in all the rooms, and garden area.
