Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6.5 meters (21 feet) large by 12.5 meters (41 feet) long, 2.3 meters (7.5 feet) deep. The swimming pool has an oval shape. It is an infinity pool and is filled with salt water. The area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline. The pool is open from mid-May until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 120 square meters (1290 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola and by awnings. It is equipped with small sofas, armchairs and masonry benches and with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and deck chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea.
Garden
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet). It is partly shaded by imposing trees. The garden is equipped with wood benches. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coastline.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include two sofas, four armchairs and a desk. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through three French doors. The room also has a window.
