The Villa Tirta sets amidst a lush tropical garden with a beautiful pool, has 6 bedrooms, can accommodate up to 14 adults. It is suitable for a single family or a group of travelers who not only wish to enjoy the total privacy of a luxury villa but also want the opportunity to experience the exuberant lifestyle of Kuta at any time, without the need to travel with bike or car.
Direct from the access road you enter through a beautiful hand crafted gate to the security and tranquility of your own piece of heaven. This exquisite Bali villa accommodation boasts the unusual luxury of colored marble floors throughout, complete with handcrafted teak ceilings. Rich traditional and modern furnishings blend together with natural materials of teak, rattan and stone. The villa and garden itself cannot be seen from the street or neighboring premises providing occupants the complete privacy required for the holiday of their life.
Directly after the entrance is the villa’s office outfitted with a beautiful carved desk and cabinet, equipped with computer and printer. Traditional paintings adorn the office walls combined with the pleasant view of the garden makes any kind of office work a pleasure.
Walking inside the premises you will first see a smaller building which accommodates two bedrooms. The bedroom on the ground floor has a own private terrace with comfortable armchairs. The bedroom has a in-suite bathroom and is completed with King size bed, wardrobe, table and A/C. Situated in the first floor of this building is a small bedroom with a queen sized bed as well as a separate bathroom on the ground floor. This bedroom is also complete with wardrobe, table and air conditioning, making it ideal for teens.
Leaving this building you will see to your right the gorgeous tropical garden with a round swimming pool and tea house in the rear. Lounge chairs beside the pool invite you to relax and take a sun bath. If the sun gets too hot, you can stroll to the tea house to sit in wonderful comfortable armchairs. There you can enjoy a cool drink and let your eyes wander over the water pond with its small waterfalls, giving you additional relaxation.
Upon entering the main building on the ground floor you find yourself in an expansive 80m2 sized living/dining area with marble flooring, beautiful designed wood ceilings, complimented with modern and comfortable furniture of highest quality. A selection of traditional original paintings from famous Balinese painters decorate the walls. A modern and fully equipped kitchen is attached outside the living area.
Also on the ground floor is one of two master bedrooms. This huge bedroom has an entrance from the living area as well a separate entrance from the pool. Another door is located at the rear with a view to the beautiful designed water pond. An A/C provides additional relief from the balmy warmth and humidity inside your Bali villa accommodation. The in-suite bathroom is equipped with a free standing marble bathtub and marble sink. The open 3-sided view from the bathroom to the pool and garden makes each use a special occasion.
Walk up the magnificent handcrafted wooden staircase to the first floor. On the way up you can again see original paintings from Balinese painters. From the large hall upstairs you enter the expansive open-air living area. Catch the cooling east-west breezes while wide overhanging eaves ward off the tropical sun when relaxing to the sounds of a tropical evening sitting on real leather upholstered armchairs. The whole living area is surrounded by exclusive Balinese wood carvings.
Leave the open living area and stroll back to the hall. From here you have access to the second master bedroom with a King sized bed. Here, as well, you have a beautiful open roof, giving you the feeling of sleeping under a wonderful starry sky. The attached in-suite bath room is built in old roman style completely covered with honey colored marble.
Two more bedrooms with queen sized beds, wardrobes and tables complete the upper floor of the villa.
