The residence, with modern furnishings and elegant lines, is embraced by the sunny Apulian countryside, on a vast plot of land that stretches over several hectares. The large garden has areas with lawn, areas with various trees, a major driveway equipped with numerous parking spaces and, in the vicinity of the building, a large paved buffer strip, finished in typical Salento style. From the outside gate, a dirt road crosses the fields surrounding the estate, reaching the main entrance, which gives access to the refined living room with open-plan kitchen. The bright room is finely furnished with 19th-century style billiards, large table for 10 guests and beautiful island sofa with flat-screen TV corner. The brand new kitchen is equipped with induction cooktop, electric oven and microwave oven. The room looks rearward onto the water mirror and is furnished with furniture in shades of gray, conveying a very high sense of elegance and modernity. The living room leads to the first double bedroom with TV and the comfortable full bathroom with shower stall. Also from here, through a hallway, equipped with air conditioning, we reach the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms (sleeps 2 and 4), one double and the other double and with bunk beds.
