From the charming double porches to the quaint walkable neighborhood, this location is like no other in SANTA ROSA BEACH. The community features two swimming pools - one is literally steps from our front door. Inside you will find a stylish beach home with all new furniture and linens in tranquil colors of sand and water. The reversed layout takes full advantage of living spaces on the second floor, with bright sunshine, pool views and cool breezes. An open layout means you can all be together - lounging in the spacious living area with huge TV, enjoying a cocktail on the porch or gathering for group meals in the dining/kitchen area.
The emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are a short stroll from Marsh Madness. The beach access road (Spooky Lane) is only .2 miles from the entrance of Old Florida Village. We provide a wagon so you can easily bring all your gear for a fun packed beach day. You will find our home stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and towels for your use. Also within walking distance are great restaurants, bars and quintessential ice cream shops.
The 30A corridor encompasses over 20 miles of shoreline speckled with coastal dune lakes, trails, state parks and quaint seaside communities. Restaurant options range from fine dining to rustic local seafood favorites . Explore unique boutiques and outlet shopping or play a round of golf on nearby courses.

Résumé: The property and location are perfect! The property is as described and has beautiful new furniture. Both pools are in VERY close proximity. Only bummer is neither pool was heated while we were there for fall break, but we found ourselves at the gorgeous beach practically every day (Spooky Ln access and it's AMAZING!). It's a short 11-15 minute walk, depending on how fast you walk. You can even walk to Gulf Place for dinner at Shunk Gulley's or Papa Surf. We rented bikes one day (just left out of the neighborhood, down 30A on your right. It's a shack looking place, but prob the cheapest we found and he was nice enough to give us a couple hour leeway the following day for a total of 26 hours) and it was a fun excursion. We rode 12 miles total (back and forth to Water Color/Seagrove/Seaside). We would definitely come back to this location. I would recommend bringing your allergy meds if you're allergic to dogs. There was quite a bit of dog hair and 2 of us are allergic. We knew the owners have a dog and rent to animal owners, so we came prepared. Thank you so much for a WONDERFUL stay!
