The space
Welcome to our Coachella I Estate retreat where all of your vacation wants and needs are met. You’ll feel warm light pour through the open layout as you make your way through this expansive, recently renovated 3,600 of beautiful living space.
KITCHEN/LIVING:
The kitchen is fully equipped with various gadgets such as food processor, blenders etc and plenty of dishware for large groups, all that and more will exceed all of your culinary expectations. The white and bright kitchen that is airy and spacious, with plenty of space for all your culinary aspirations will encourage you to stay in the kitchen.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
Venture out to the outdoor patio for the fun in the sun. Outside you’ll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside. The pool and spa are newly constructed, updated patio furniture and BBQ, fire pit and plenty of outdoor games, will make outdoor living a pure enjoyment. All of your guests will be comfortable with ample outdoor seating complete with dining set, lounging set, lounges, comfortable loveseats and plenty of seating also by the firepit. For those who decide to stay up a little later, the fire pit is a perfect feature with which to wind down the day. The spa is perfect for enjoying a quiet evening of stargazing after a long day of exploring.
POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily to 102 degrees. (On demand only and must be turned off after use) Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one isn’t. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool.
Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment.
**Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.
GAMES/ENTERTAINMENT:
This home also features billiards, foosball, shuffle board, ample board games (over a dozen + card & drinking games) and outdoor games such a corn hole, ladder toss, volleyball and badminton.
BEDROOMS/BATHS:
The 6 bedrooms are ready with linens and plush bedding for a comfortable stay. Each of the 4.5 bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Check out the TVs located throughout house and know that you and your friends/ family will be able to relax and enjoy their time here. Complementary cable and Netflix is included. You’ll also stay connected with highest speed, unlimited Wi-Fi included.

PETS:
If pets are accompanying guests during their stays, there is a one time pet deposit fee of $1,000 for any pet related cleaning or damage coverage. Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out are only available upon request or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate, $75 fee applies if late check-out is granted.

CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. In utilizing the swimming pool amenities ("pool"), you
Will be expressly assuming the risk, legal liability, waiver,
And release of all claims for injuries, damages, loss or
Death which you, your family members, guests, invitees
And licensees (collectively, "Pool Area Users") might
Sustain as a result of utilizing any and all amenities
Connected with and associated with the pool.
I and the Pool Area Users agree to abide with the rules of
The pool ("Pool Rules"). I Understand that landlord, its
Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and
Representatives (collectively, "landlord") retain the right
To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person
to comply with the Pool rules.
WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS
INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE:
PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH.

In exchange for the landlord allowing me to voluntarily

ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of,
Associated with or related to my and the Pool Area Users'
Use of the pool, even though such risks may have been
Caused by the negligence of the Landlord;

BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR
DAMAGE which I and the Pool Area Users may sustain
while using the pool, even though such injury, damage,
loss or death may have been caused by the negligence of
the Landlord;
INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Landlord from any
And all claims, demands, actions, liability or costs,
Including attorneys' fees, which might arise out of my or
The Pool Area Users' use of the pool, even though such
Claims, demands, actions and costs may have been
Caused by the negligence of the Landlord.
a) has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and
forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of
action that I may have or have had, whether past,
present or future, whether known or unknown, and,
whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising
out of my or the Pool Users' use of the pool;
b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver
of any and all actions or causes of action against
Landlord;
c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or
wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may
suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or
omissions of others;
d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming
full responsibility for any and all risk of death or
or personal injury or property damage suffered by me
and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and
e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal
representatives, my assigns, my children and any
Guardian ad litem for said children.
I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this
Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and
language in it. I further understand that this waiver &
Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and
Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i
agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder
of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force
and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal
proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State
of California.

information, the potential dangers incidental to using
the pool, the warning of risks, assumption of risk and
Waiver & Release of all claims, and I voluntarily choose
