Flat is located in the East Beach Community near Prince and King Beach Resort & is 1 block from the popular Ocean/Arnold restaurant zone. The upscale home features high end furniture & original art to promote a delightful stay on the Island. Kick off your Shoes; Hang on the Beach; Lounge on the Covered Patio; enjoy the Rooftop Sea Breezes.
The space features high end furniture in the living room, dining room and a modern kitchen with granite counters. The kitchen features a breakfast bar and a full suite of modern amenities.
There are 3 bedrooms for your relaxation and sleeeping arrangements plus extra accomodations in the bonus room. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and flat screen TV. The sofa bed bonus room provides the extra sleeping space to get from 10 to 11 (or even 12). A hallway bathroom is also available. No bathroom lines at this location!
The bonus room features a dedicated, separate office, staffed with desk, chair, screens and high-speed internet. You can host your online meetings from Sea Turtle Villa. For extra sleeping accomodations a comfortable sofa bed can be found in this room.
Attached to the living room is a beautiful outdoor patio where you can hang and barbecue. Turn on the overhead fan and lounge on the patio furniture
Take the elevator to the Rooftop; negotiate the spiral staircase to perch on the Lookout Tower. This Space Offers Spectacular Island and Ocean Views. A perfect opportunity for Social Media postings. You will love this space!
Guest Access: This vacation home is one of two flats in the Sea Turtle Villa. The guests have access to the whole flat, with their own private garage that includes additional offstreet parking, a dedicated elevator, and a private attached patio. You have your own space throughout, however the Rooftop is shared space with the Owners. Typically we allow the guests this space to enjoy as their own.
Come to Sea Turtle Villa for your one of a kind beach vacation. Bring your family and friends. Weather your coming for the Island Beach, Golf Tournament, or Golden Isles exploration this is your Vacation Home. High Speed Wi-Fi Internet is available throughout the home to accomodate your online needs.
Bring your fishing poles, kayak, hoverboard, and bikes. You can put these all to go use here.
