The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire

There is a 13 amp plug which can be used to charge cars (please note this isn't as efficient as electric car charging points). Usage of this will be charged by the owners
Please note there is a right of way at the top of the drive for the farmer to access the neighbouring field
Please be aware that Coleman's Elmis located in a quiet and peaceful area, and we respectfully request that guests are mindful of neighbours at all times, especially when outside, noise and music need to be kept to a minimum beyond 10pm
