The space
Purposefully placed in the popular Kagithane District, this beautiful apartment will surely be the perfect spot for your Istanbul stay. The highlights of this apartment are a fully stocked kitchen with silverware, dishes, microwave, and oven, a spacious living room with chic sofas, a dining table for dining and for work-from-home guests, high-speed fiber-optic WiFi connection, smart TV with Turkish cable channels, Netflix & youtube apps, etc, the bed quality and comfortable nights of sleep.
The home boasts 1 bedroom with AC, 1 Living room with AC, 1 Fully stocked Kitchen, and 1 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 with Ensuite Bathroom - The bedroom has a comfortable full large-sized bed (160x200cm), a wardrobe for clothes, an AC, 2 nightstands, and large windows.
Living room - The living room has a Large smart LED 4K TV with Netflix, Turkish Cable TV, Youtube, etc. It has a comfortable sofa that fits 5 people and can be converted into a bed for extra guests. A dining table for 6 persons to dine.
Kitchen - Fully stocked kitchen with Micmicrowave, oven, electric kettle, gas burners, large fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher.
Bathroom - This modern bathroom has a beautiful-looking mirror, shower, and sink. Constant hot water and high water pressure are available. The toilet seat has a bidet. A washing machine is also placed in the bathroom and can be used with just a touch of a button.
All Turkish premium linens and towels are provided and each bed has extra pillows ranging from soft to firm.
NOTE: The flat is in a residence therefore gym amenities can be used. (Not available at all times during the year so please confirm beforehand if you are booking the flat, particularly for the GYM amenities).
