Camelback Mountain is less than 1 mile away, and enjoy views from the front yard. 15 minutes to Downtown Phoenix, 10 minutes from ASU, 5 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, and 10 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The neighborhood is quiet.
The 3 patios, backyard lights, pool lights, and privacy with mature landscaping make the spot ever relaxing. Feel at home right away. Find as much sun or shade as you could ever want. Close to everything, so all of this comfort and is also convenient. We respect our neighbors. Quiet and relaxing, a perfect getaway for friends and family. NO BACHELOR OR BACHELORETTE PARTIES. NO GATHERINGS OF OVER 12 PEOPLE. NO EVENTS. NO PARTIES. NO MUSIC OR LOUD NOISE AFTER 10 pm. We are strict with the maximum number of guests, minimum number of night stay, and quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Please do not reserve this home if you have a group size over 12, plan to be loud at night, or are planning an event. We will deny groups access to the home without refunds, for those that do not follow these rules.

Arcadia Lite is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Phoenix! The homes are a mix of traditional Ranch homes, and tear downs with new builds on them. Grandfathered mature landscaping and a private floor irrigation system allows the neighborhood to have tall tress and mature landscaping that much of the Desert cannot offer. Enjoy the green plants in Arcadia Lite, instead of Brown Desert and Rocks in most of the Phoenix Valley. Close to Old Town Scottsdale, Downtown Phoenix, Tempe, and Sky Harbor. There is no better neighborhood or location.
Close to everything. You can drive and park on site (we have a tall garage parking for 1 vehicle). Ubers pick you up right away. And you can even walk or jog to many options for shopping/coffee/dinning/grocery.
Pool heating is optional at $75 per night. Pool and Hot Tub share one pool heater. Hot Tub Heat is controlled by guests with a button on the wall. Pool heat is controlled by the management team behind a locked gate. We respect our neighbors and are strict on our rules regarding the number of guests and quiet hours.
