Meticulously renovated 3 Bedroom 2 bath home that offers a cozy atmosphere. From the moment you walked in, you will feel right at home. Exceptionally clean and bright space. Large open kitchen that has everything you need for cooking meals. Outdoor space with private salt water pool/spa, beautiful landscaped front courtyard.
Home offers billiard table and karaoke for your enjoyment. Fast wifi with T.V.s in all rooms. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, convenient to trails, spas, golf, shopping and restaurants
POOL HEATING:
There is an extra fee for heating the pool and Spa. You may coordinate with the host the days you prefer to have the heating on.
(The system runs on propane gas)
During winter times, pool may take longer to heat vs the spa. Pool may not reach the maximum intended temperature due to colder weather in the area. We do not want to charge the guest extra but would recommend the spa if you wish to enjoy a relaxing dip during this season.
$125 per day pool/spa
$60 5hrs per day spa only
$100 15 hrs per day spa only (7am-10pm)
*Our heating system doesn't heat both pool and spa simultaneously.
*Pool starts heating @ 10pm and will be warm and ready in the morning. Pool heater will stays on until 5pm, then it flips to the spa and will be on until 10pm. it will switch back to the pool. however if you only want to use the spa, we can heat the spa starting from 7am - 10 pm.
*Spa jets is set automatically @ 5pm daily.
*Extra charge of $30 per person per night after 2.

Résumé: Amazing communication with Mark. House was amazing. Had everything and MORE. Pool table and pool was why we booked the property (as well as location). And it did not disappoint. Only difficulty with the pool table I had to use the small stick because isn’t a lot of room. But, top of the line sticks, balls and clean table. Big tv to watch sports or whatever right there in front of you. Master bedroom and bathroom/shower is epic. Wife and I could shower at the same time finally haha! Pool and jacuzzi was incredibly clean and wasn’t “full of chlorine” like a lot of pools. Temp was incredible. Pool toys also for our use. 5 stars all the way around. possible negative- (and keep in mind it is a desert property), the outside was very dusty. So I’m guessing housekeeping forgot to broom the outside (no biggy). every time we walked inside I had to wipe the floor with a towel because there were black foot prints. Again, not a negative, hence the 5 stars. The only reason I would possibly give 4.5/5 stars is due to the sleeping arrangements. It is a queen bed (which is fine, we have done it multiple times and been very comfortable). But the bed was very interesting. Soft and hard all at once. Weight shifted us to the middle every time. Wife and I like thin pillows. These we’re the thickest and hardest I’ve ever seen. Every room had the same. Besides this, place is amazing. Host was incredibly accommodating and got back immediately with advice! Will stay again!!! VERY SOON!
