* A fully-functioning brick fireplace and cozy seating make this room the perfect place to start your morning and end your night with your family. The house being nearly surrounded by windows allows for perfect unobstructed views into the forest.
* Ready-to-use kitchen houses a full range stove, microwave, full fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, waffle maker, full sets of dishes, cutlery, and chef's knives. Our dishes are all KOOK brand.
* Indoor dining room table inside that seats 8, and a bar counter with room for 2.
* Main floor bedroom, with two full-size beds, and a twin day bed with a trundle. There is plenty of closet space available here, including shelving in the full bathroom + bathtub shower.
* Upstairs bedroom has a full queen-sized bed, closet space, and an attached full bathroom + bathtub shower. The cathedral ceiling in this room with a functional skylight lets in plenty of warm light.
* Lower level has 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and a set of drawers. There is a full bathroom (not attached to bedroom) that has a stall shower and a washing machine and dryer.
* Downstairs also includes a lounge room with a cast iron wood stove (that works!) and a full supply of family-friendly board games. This is the perfect gathering spot for game night, with plenty of comfy seating for everyone.

* Our on-site trail begins behind the garage and is marked clearly. Straying from our marked trail is at your own risk.
*Fresh mint growing near the pool and a variety of gardens throughout the property and they are free for picking!
Heating/Cooling: Baseboard heating throughout the house, AC split unit on the main floor, and ceiling fans in the main floor and upstairs bedrooms.
Guest Policy: No unauthorized guests, events, photo sessions or shoots permitted without prior consent. Surcharges may be applied for non-compliance.
Pet Policy: We have a no-pet policy, with no exceptions. Thank you for understanding.
Winter service: Be careful, the driveway is very slippery when it snows. When it snows snowplowing service will arrive at the soonest possible opportunity.
