The superbly designed interior features an open-concept floor plan, a fireplace, and luxe finishes. Multiple outdoor living spaces are complete with swings for kids of all ages, a firepit, and a fenced yard so you can truly enjoy all the Hill Country has to offer.
Situated 400 yards from Lake Travis (roughly a three-minute walk), this vacation rental backs up to a private park with a boat ramp, picnic tables, and plenty of shoreline for fishing. Bring your own boat! A pass to the private Marina Park and Marina Boat Ramp is provided for blissful days on the water. It also provides access to several other parks in the area. A two-person, sit-on-top kayak is provided; it is stored at the Marina View Park adjacent to the house and near the water.
Drive mere minutes to year-round outdoor activities such as hiking in the Balconies Canyonlands Natural Wildlife Refuge, miles of hiking at Warbler Vista, four-wheeler and ATV activities at the Hidden Falls Adventure Park, pickleball, golf, tennis, and the Flat Creek Disc Golf. Check out the Flat Creek Estates Winery & Vineyard or hop in the car to experience downtown Austin's culture, history, and entertainment about 35 miles away.
